Room types:

- The small double room on the ground floor is a small room for those who want to spend an inexpensive holiday with all the services offered.

- The classic double room is a nice standard room with all amenities.

- The Comfort Double Room is a room that offers all the comforts, including a minibar and a balcony.

Hotel facilities: a private parking space and a TV room, and just 20 meters away is the Hotel Al Ponte annexe, where you can enjoy all services: a restaurant, a pizzeria, a TV- and reading room with a small library, an internet point, a bar with a large outdoor area (with a small playground) and bicycles too.

We hereby inform you that, on March 14, 2018, the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro
approved the Tourist Tax with the following costs and application methods:

ADULTS: € 0.70 per night for the first 10 nights
CHILDREN 12 years and older: € 0.70 per night for the first 10 nights


At check-in, a valid and signed credit card in the name of the guest registration is required, as well as to confirm your identity by providing your own valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.): by doing this, you give us your consent to use the card as guarantee of the full payment of your stay. In case you leave the hotel without checking out at our reception, we retain the right to charge your credit card for the total balance of your invoice.

A credit card as a guarantee or a deposit will be required.
If you choose to give the guarantee with a credit card it will be PRE-AUTHORIZED 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Please note that, in any case, we will pre-authorize the requested amount on your card (= this amount is put on hold and removed from your available balance, although not yet charged). In case of cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival, the penalty that will be charged to you is 100% (or one night in case of short stays) of the total booked stay

Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your arranged stay or, in any case, not inferior to one night's stay.
For the hotel-keeper the deposit serves as a confirmation while it is of forfeit nature for the guest.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the guest arrival, give the guest the right to a refund of 100% of the deposit paid. Cancellations made after this time limit determine the loss of the deposit paid.


Our family is pleased to inform you that we are working to prepare your beach house!

The restaurant service, like all other services, will undergo changes dictated by the soon-to-be published protocols and guidelines. These changes aim at reducing the contact among staff and guests, ensuring your safety and making your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible.

Those, who are already familiar with our home, know that there is no lack of spaces and that compliance with the rules is our priority. We have rearranged the spaces and provided sanitization measures both in the rooms and in the common areas to ensure the utmost distance in safety and comfort. Also, you have the right to ask that the chambermaid do not enter the room, during your stay.

We beg our Guests, too, the use of the sanitizer hand gel - where required - and to observe with the reuired safety personal distance.


Concerning THE BEACH-SERVICE, as a result of the distancing measures on the spacing among people, this year, we have not been given the usual number of sun umbrellas and sunbeds but must make an explicit request for such service at the time of booking.

The Hotel will arrange you the beach service, upon availability, for bookings that have already been confirmed in advance with a deposit and which we get from our official website (no booking.com, no expedia.com or other online portals);
For last minute bookings, as for those of less than three nights the hotel will NOT be able to guarantee the availability of a beach place. We will be anyway please to book it for you, for an extra fee.
